 Payment Methods You can use your Visa, Master Card, or American Express as payment for orders placed through Kentec.com. Shipping Methods/Charges At Kentec, we understand that prompt delivery of your orders is important. Our goal is to provide same day shipping of all orders received before 4:00 PM EST. Those orders received after 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the following day. At this time we can only accommodate shipments to the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia. Our preferred carriers are UPS, R&L Carriers (LTL), and Averritt Express (LTL). The shipping charges for packages going UPS Ground or standard LTL freight will be $5.99 OR 7% of the order sub-total, whichever is greater. Shipments that require special handling (UPS Next, Second, or Third Day Delivery, LTL shipments requiring lift gate truck, etc...) will incur additional freight charges that will be applied after the order has shipped. Sales Tax Kentec is required to collect sales tax for all orders shipping into AL, GA, FL, LA, MS, NC, SC, and TN. Taxes will be calculated when the order ships and will be included in your final invoice. Returns and Exchanges Kentec wants you to be satisfied with the items that you purchased and your shopping experience. We offer our customers a 30-day money back guarantee if your are not satisfied. Simply contact us between 8:00 & 5:00 EST at (800)241-0148 (option #5) or e-mail us at information@kentec.com to request an RMA number so that we can begin to process your return. If the product is still in the original packaging and in resalable condition we will provide full refund. If the product is used, we will refund the original price and any taxes that may apply, but not the original shipping charges. In most cases there is a manufacturers warranty available beyond the 30-day Kentec satisfaction guarantee. We can assist you with any service issues that may arise requiring manufacturer parts or repairs.
